Perked Up
Ok, sorry about that last post. My friend John emailed me some funny videos and I have perked up in the past hour or so. Thanks John- and enjoy your vacation. Michele;

Hi Michele, Sandy here. I am so glad you are doing better, you have been in my thoughts and prayers all week. We just got back from 2 days of intense doctor interviewing (I am already sick of doctors and I haven't even started yet). But good news, we selected our oncologist and I feel really good about him and our relationship. He is so upbeat and God knows we need that right now. Also good news my full body CT scans and blood work are all clear. No spots, lesions, or whatever they are looking for anywhere else in my body. So we start chemo on the 27 of Novemeber at St. John's Mercy in St Louis and it sounds like the same as what you are taking. I can't wait to get started so I can get this over with. I will be in touch with you later when you are doing better. Hang in there and know there are lots of people praying for you.
Good to see the "whine and cheese" party was short lived. Anytime you need a laugh - give me a call. Here's a teacher one for you and an "I miss Emily" story. My kids were thinking of /v/ words. One kid said Voila! WOW - I couldn't belive it and was feeling like the teacher of some pretty on the ball kiddos - then this: No one could think of vase - even after I said 500 times that you put water and flowers in it and even showed them a real (and very traditional) vase! Surely Emily would have said vase! After the daily note I sent home on that one, there should be a business boom at local florists....
Michele--what are you apologizing for and who are you apologizing to? We all need some whine and cheese sometimes--you're certainly no exception! Enjoy being human and whine away when you need to!
Michelle, Glad to know you are better, I am with Lisa , you do not need to apologize to anyone . If it were me in your shoes I probably would be the queen B----. and I am not talking royalty. Everybody has there days. Please tell Sandy my thoughts and prayers are with her as well. I go for another shot today , so I guess I had better go get ready. Maybe the left side , no the right. color of undies, secret. Ha Ha at least this may have made you laugh, I really do need to go get ready for the shot. love Twylia
